It isn’t surprising to find out Lohan is in trouble again. She failed a drug test causing the actress to be called into court in Los Angeles. Lohan was intended to be in a 23-day stint rehab at Ronald Reagan Memorial Hospital. She had only served 13 of her 90 day arrest sentence within the LA County Jail before that. The rehab didn’t quite work out for her. She was rearrested after taking a routine drug test for her probation that she failed. Her fate is in the hands of a new court. That person gets to determine what happens.
Lohan drug test failed again
Lindsay Lohan was expected to be put back in jail after the latest drug test. Lindsay Lohan does not seem so shy about her life, The Guardian reports. She tweeted on Twitter to her followers that she failed a drug test. Nobody knows where Dina Lohan, Ali Lohan or even Lindsay Lohan’s attorney were. However, Michael Lohan told reporters that he would rather he were going to jail rather than Lindsay. Judge Elden Fox decided Lindsay should be in jail and denied bail. Her next listening to will not be until October 22.
Anticipated problem to arise
Lohan got in trouble for the very first time as a previous child star. This happened in 2007. Lohan was drunk and crashed an auto twice during that time, says the Los Angeles Times. This is why she had to start going to therapy. The court determined she did not comply fully by missing alcohol education meetings. At that same time she was given substance tests. She was for cocaine. She went to a three week rehabilitation program after being in jail two weeks. The terms of her probation involved mandatory drug screenings, and she was found to have ingested amphetamines. Her July arrest sentence won’t have compared to how long she could be in jail until October now.
Mean courts
Her father, and others, have decried the denial of bail until her listening to. This is something that has to be done. Obviously nothing else has worked yet.
